Litigation Director

Maiyaz specialises in intellectual property, commercial litigation, arbitration, and mediation. He also has extensive experience in complex commercial transactions in the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) space. Maiyaz currently leads the intellectual property function at numerous prominent organisations, and notably, he designed and drafted the entire Intellectual Property Law curriculum for a well-known educational institution in Singapore.


Legal Associate

Airell graduated from University of Liverpool and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2020. He has appeared before a High Court Judge for a contentious interlocutory application as well as representing both the creditor and debtor at the state courts. He also has experience in corporate drafting such as joint venture and shareholders agreements.



Azinger graduated from the University of London with a LLB (Hons) in 2019. He has a keen interest in community law and the current regulatory framework on digital assets. He is a highly motivated and driven individual, and is on a path to becoming a solicitor in the UK or Australia to cater to our global clientele.
