Magna Law Corporation welcomes Airell Ang as legal associate

Graduating from one of the oldest and most well established law schools in the UK, Airell Ang joins Magna Law Corporation as an associate. Airell was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2020. He has appeared before a High Court Judge for a contentious interlocutory application as well as representing both the creditor and debtor at the state courts. He also has experience in corporate drafting such as joint venture and shareholders agreements. One of the highlights during his legal training years was when he assisted in US$13m multi-jurisdictional share transaction for an Indonesian state-owned energy conglomerate.


Mr Airell Ang displays a positive hardworking attitude and strong work ethics. We are pleased he has decided to join the Magna Law family. We will strive to better serve our clients with him on board.
